Just popping in. I am still alive.

Helped the neighbor this morning. Mowed a bit of grass this afternoon...just the trimming as hubby had the rest done. Pulled a couple of weeds. Puttered around.

    Making spaghetti for supper.

I need to go close the back door on the barn...just saw where high winds/storms may happen tonight and I don't want the door getting whipped around. Hubby didn't like it the last time that happened and he got to fix it.

Mine just wants to go outside and eat grass...:dunno:
Yep, more rounds. Dogs eat grass to make them upchuck whatever is irritate their stomach. Don't know about cats.

Apparently, the door is now sprung and won't shut all the way. I think I got it so it will stay at least. He must have used a hammer to close it last fall! I'm pretty sure I can't make it any worse than it is now. I scared off two hens and a couple of big toms out in the back yard. The bigger tom made a show of fanning his feathers for me.

Bummer on the door, +1 for the feathers. Wife is batting down the hatches.

It's a homemade door and is no big deal. I leave it open 24/7 for most of the summer season so I can get gardening stuff in and out of the barn easier. It opens much wider than the other door...it's where I used to load/unload hay and feed to store in there. We were too cheap to put a slider door on when we built the barn so he just made a door that swings out...made of metal siding on a metal frame. I had to open it today to get the push mower out to do the trimming.

I guess I should go make the spaghetti so we can eat.

Just got back from the worlds longest trip to Kroger...

Needed to pick up my BP meds....They were filled, but the girl couldn't find them. I'll bet she had to look for 15 minutes...

On the bright side, she gave them to me for free since I had to wait so long.....Saved me $15.....:yesway:
