    It's a pain to walk on eggshells all the time because someone is out there looking to be offended.
    I agree.
    example. Regular cop comes in every weekend morning for his break. he is a trainer so he has rookies often. We don't like calling them rookies so we always give them a nickname. Rookie now is a young black male. I was talking with my subway guy, black gay man ( I have to tell race etc so the story makes sense) asked him what he thought a good nickname for the rookie would be. He said "MMMMM Milk Chocolate" Now, C could get away with that, I couldn't.
    Ok, I stand corrected...
    no, I think it is a location thing. nothing more, nothing less
