Had a ***** come in, started yelling at my cashier, I was in the back office and was moving fast when I hear her. I came out and asked her what the problem was. She started yelling at me. I kindly told her if she wanted her problem solved, she needed to stop yelling. If she didn't want to stop yelling there was nothing I could do for her and she could leave. She chose to stop yelling, until I sided with my cashier. Which I knew I would because I had heard the conversation before the yelling started. some people
