    I'm not a cop nor am I an attorney but I've seen enough Law & Order and Perry Mason to know something is not right. Someone is not doing their job.
    It's not uncommon for there not to be much presented at a preliminary hearing, just enough to show there is probable cause that the crime charged was committed and that the defendant is the one. That doesn't take much.

    I was referring to the information that came out that seems to nudge this from the realm of social media rumor to "maybe there's something to this."

    But to be clear, it's not enough to make final conclusions.
