Good Luck Chez, I hope that you can adapt to a healthier diet....It's really not that bad once you get used to it...

My Dad had heart problems early, that is a big part of what changed me 10-12 years ago. My 1st step was eliminating junk foods and walking 3 miles a day. Lost 25-30 pounds the 1st year just doing that..
