TAT7 was miffed that USDS wasn't contacted regarding the group buy. He posted publicly about it when the more tactful approach would have been a PM. VUPD's reaction was a bit over the top IMO, and possibly his as it was quickly deleted. Stuff apparently happened behind the scenes and now TAT7 is banned and USDS got their section nuked.
Meh, I still have some learning to do.

Yeah, I'm pretty much with you. My use will probably expand over time but I am in no rush.
That entire thing was just silly.
I see both sides.
I also see that USDS could have done better here.
As to our side....we were forthright and open about the whole deal.
Yes, there is more here but as usual, opinions will vary as to perceptions.
There was no time to put this out for bid among the advertisers.
Hours and hours had already been spent putting this together.
It is sad that feelings and egos got in the way of a cool thing.

My sister has one she bought at Bradis a few years ago.
It is an OK piece for the most part. No fan of the chamber flag.
It's still a very cool deal and I applaud VUPD for taking on this **** storm. Just don't tell him I said so.
There are a LOT worse guns out there.
Yep, on the bright side it's a Ruger...
He could have cheaped out and bought a High Point or one of those Mexican guns....

I also agree with this statement. I'm thankful he put this together so I can get a cool lower I don't need.
