Tomorrow: gym 11-12. home to shower and eat. set up the gym at church for contemporary service at 1:30...that'll take a couple hours. no plans after that

Sunday: church til 12:30ish. probably the grocery store. then I think we have youth group tomorrow night, be there 5 til 9ish.

I was on the road all week, traveling to Milwaukee, Sioux Falls, Dubuque and Peoria. I would stay in my chair all weekend if it was up to me, but that prob isn't happening..

Good! We switched him and to a better food, which is messing with his system right now, but that should level out soon.

I enjoy working out (weird, I know) now that I'm doing it regularly. I'll have down time tomorrow evening/night. I also enjoy helping out at church and the youth group. It is more rewarding than sitting on the couch watching tv.
