Of course I got the delay notification from Southwest 10 minutes after I turned in the rental car......
Had I known, there were other prospects in Orlando I could have seen...
Or I could have hit the tittie bars on OBT....... (haven't been in one since like 1994)

or... the wife has to leave to pick you up at the airport if you are going to be on time... but not leave until the next morning if you don't leave on time from that flight... and before cell phone days...

Yep, fortunately, the flight back to Indy was non-stop. One of the reasons I fly Southwest often.

Had forgotten that, but yeah, in the 90's it wasn't uncommon to take a customer to a nice tittie bar after a business dinner....

Plus, of course the flight home was very bumpy since we were flying over the big weather system in the SE. Wearing the hard collar after the surgery, but those bumps hurt.....really sore this morning....

Sorry to hear that. Turbulence can suck. When we went to Hawaii, it about scared the poop out of us at one point.
