hey, I cooked breakfast, dinner and making dessert now. I am not really sure what the hell has gotten in to me. Acting all domesticated and ****

I could go to sleep now. It's been a long week, today was Monday, and tomorrow is Friday. I'm exhausted.

Forced to sample the pie. They were relentless....kept whining about how they would die by tomorrow. I told them to eat the Pumpkin (not my favorite) and then I declared that I had to sample the cherry to make sure I didn't thicken the filling too much. The look I got was priceless. Cherry is hubby's favorite, and it was still warm!!

No pits were found in the first piece. I may need to thaw out more and make another cherry pie tomorrow. I'm waiting for my son to see the picture on FB. LOL!!!

I need to make some notes on what I did on the crust. It was perfect! I decided not to follow the recipe exactly and it paid off.
