Well, I did my work emails. I explained in minute detail the actions needed to be taken and who should do each of the actions. I even gave a timeline of whom should do what and when.......Explained again that because my spinal surgery went in through the throat, I can't talk....

How long until one of the 6 people on the distribution list calls me to ask a question already explained in the email????
