Me to. They sent a very irritating deputy to my house that was very threatening. I do not do threats well. That is as close as I have come to butt stomping a LEO. He left in a huff.
Come to find out there are bonuses for moneys collected or there was back then. I paid the debt the next morning in person amd marched right over and filed a complaint on the guy.
I am sure nothing happened but he knows how pissed I was.

I fell behind when I was unemployed in parts of 2009-2010. Had them paid off within 6 months of getting back to work.
S.O.B.'s intercepted my Federal Tax return for the next 2 years, then made me prove I had paid them off before I could get my money. Then, took them a month to send me my freaking money after proving it. 2011 & 12 it was mid summer before I would see it.
