These guys worked with him every day and he made it look so easy that they developed an unsafe comfort zone. He was always complaining about the stupid **** the guys would do...walking around the equipment when he was moving things, swinging the bucket around, backing up, etc. When the kids would be riding their bikes when he was working on the tractors, they knew to stay away from the equipment, but we had to really instill that in them. He was scared to death he would run one of them over with his little dozer or the backhoe we have.

Yeah, you do develop relationships with the guys you work around regularly and can tell the good operators from the bad, but I try to not ever get complacent and put myself in an unsafe situation. That dirt ain't worth me getting hurt or killed.

Bills, I want to make sure you understand...

Give me all the Yuengling you have.

Wait, wait...I'm worried what you just heard was, "Give me a lot of Yunegling."

What I said was, "Give me all the Yuengling you have."

    Do you understand?

We used Crane company's to do all of our lifts. It was always low bid contracting so you never knew who you were going to get.
If Dotlich rolled on the lot get ready for a rough day.
