Thanks Mom45, I will do that when we settle on someone.

Just let me know if you need any help. I'd be happy to see what I can find.

I check out every doctor my mom and dad see. Between me and my sister that works at Community South, we have some pretty good resources.

that Indiana Drug Card link you gave me

do I need a card for every prescription? How exactly does it work?

If you're a CVS patient (it's probably the same at other places, but I can't be 100% certain) take it in the next time you are needing to get a prescription. Go to the "Drop Off" window and tell them that your old insurance is no longer active and you'd like to have the Indiana Drug Card put on your file. It should, from there on out, automatically "bill" the Indiana Drug Card for any prescriptions you get, but of course always verify that on the prescription label!

If it would make it easier for you, I'd be happy to access your file and place it on your record (if you're at CVS), but it's a pretty easy process either way.

card for each member of the family?

Nope, one card is sufficient for everyone! If the workers tell you otherwise, well, for one they are wrong, but for two just have them use different Indiana phone numbers as the member ID. Shouldn't be an issue though, just make sure that they put it on every family members profile.
