I'm only on day two. And I know the beginning is the hardest. I won't lie, I still smoke some but I'm trying to go completely to vaping. So far I've only had 3 actual cigarettes today.

Vaping. Breaking the actual habit of smoking is harder for me than the actual nicotine addiction. I mean, they both suck but the act of smoking a cigarette is something I'm so used to it's going to be hell for me to stop.

Oh absolutely. Anything can become a habit. But I have to stop with the actual cigarettes first. Then I can progress onto stopping the vaping too

Jullian's eyes got to the silver dollar size when he saw and took hold of 'the launcher'!! As we were at my son's house in Whiteland we couldn't fire it up, but I almost had to beat him to get it back! He's now living back in Indy (thanks goodness) and will be down maybe this weekend. Can hardly wait. I will get photos and post them when it happens!

That's awesome!!! Can't wait to see those pics when it happens. Please Tell your wonderful wife I said hi!

I've tried cold turkey numerous times. No way will that work for me. It might end up getting me arrested for some heinous crime actually. I figure I'm going to try it this way and see what happens.

Wife decided 3 years ago she was done. Put them down, walked away and never looked back. 1st you have to really want it. Then you have to do it.
I have never had that addiction so I can only go by what I have been told. I know it is tough.

Baby steps. I believe it will be easier for me to stop this than actual cigarettes. Been there done that. The other ways I've tried didn't work. This is my last option. Well this or someone kidnapping me and holding me hostage for months
