Seldom would you run across an office idiot with any knowledge of the trade. No freaking idea what we did in the field. None.

This seems to be the norm. I've never understood why these people are given positions of authority (for lack of better term) over people in a field they know nothing about.

Still no FFL.

I am not sure what the issue is, I am glad to help with whatever you need to facilitate getting the FFL. I having been receiving them regularly from other dealers, so I am not sure why your dealers FFL is not coming through.

I still have your revolver on hold and will keep it on hold as necessary to complete this transfer.
