Been waiting for it to hit here. Wife has to run an errand, so I am a little concerned, but so far... no juice.

Just made some horseradish sauce for the pot roast.

Sounds yummy! Loves me some horseradish. Red Lobster has some good radish! Had me some on a half dozen raw oysters last night!

I've never made it before, I got some canned horseradish from a meat guy, it is fire good. I mixed it with some mayo and sour cream and a pinch of salt. It's melding in the fridge, now.

I don't plant green beans cause my back cannot handle picking them. Mashed potatoes are a must. I have 100 pounds of Yukon Gold that I put in the root cellar so we are working our way through those.

Actually got it directly from Foodsaver. It was a Christmas present for the Wife. It's a factory warrantied refurb that was about 60% of what they cost normally.
