I am still shaking off this cold but doing OK for it.

He says it went very well. ran the machines and all the stuff they asked with no problems. now the wait begins. A phone interview and drug test is all that stands between him and the job

I worked at plant 3 for 2 days. I bailed. To much like a prison for me. I would go absolutely "Bonkers" in less than a year in there. I have to see the sun.

pay now isn't like it used to be. but it is still better than some. Once you are there a bit, move up, etc. it gets better. it is a job. a job he knows and knows he can advance in quickly if given the chance. he's so depressed he needs this for more than just the pay. He needs to be productive again
