We rescued this kitty back in July. Wife & I were taking a walk with the dogs and came across 2 30ish guys sitting on their front porch drinking beer with a 2-3 year old in the front yard. Wife saw the kid THROWING a very small (4 -5 weeks) kitten. Mary went "HEY!!!" and had ran back there and was ripping those 2 guys a new ******* before I could get turned around and get back there. She took the kitten away from the kid and brought it home with us. Didn't plan on getting another cat, it just happened. Cat was very young & very sick when we brought it home. Didn't know if it was going to make it...

The 2 ******* rednecks were laughing at the little kid throwing the Cat, so really encouraging him to do it. Some people are scum....
Very few times have I seen my wife really pissed, you really don't want to be on the receiving end of that.

I would have done the same thing.

when we got Morgan there was not a plan to have another cat. He was so skinny all his little bones were sticking out. I couldn't leave him to die. He's thriving now and so good.

Yes, and it is something we should have done 3-4 years ago, but it seems to have worked out alright putting up with each other for the kids
