    boys are both home again today


    hubby feels the evaluation went well yesterday for this possible new job.

    says the guy he knows on the inside told him they are hiring 10 right away <WINK WINK>

    I hope that means he'll be working soon

    Machine Operator. He worked at Navistar making the crank shaft for the Power Stroke diesel until they closed. Then he worked at Rolls Royce until Obama cut back on the war and not as many military aircraft were needed and people were laid off there.
    He's trying to get into Allison Transmission now. His guy on the inside was a supervisor at Navistar when they were open.
    If this doesn't pan out or takes to long he has another supervisor he was working with at Navistar that is at Amtrak now and they start hiring next month.

    either way, it is looking better

    I tell ya......never work'd a factory job , ANYways......some bad news down'n this area fer some folk been at'is place fer YRs......fairly high-pay'n, too.....
