I appreciate it! I have a bad heart valve and heart muscle damage from a heart attach.

I've been lucky so far. All the drinking and substance abuse in my younger years has done little damage to me. I think the fact that I started so young, then sobered up by my mid 30's helped. Your body can take a lot of abuse when your young.
