    Hi Birds.

    Working 3-11. Got to clean the kitchen today. I've let it get way too dirty. This would be a good day to self-clean the oven. Cool outside but not too cold to have the windows open. I'll stick the stove grates and the grill grates in before I turn it on.

    Ya know, that's a great idea. I haven't done that for awhile.
    I have those silicone mats at the bottom of my oven, it catches a lot of stuff. I can just take the mats out and soak them in the sink and the goop comes off. Don't have to clean the oven very often.

    Good morning guys. Going to head to the neighbor's in a bit to make more apple pies. I think this might be our last pie making event. I don't know how many she really wants to do but she wants to make sure we all have enough in our freezers...for what, I'm not sure, but we do like pie so I won't argue with a woman who likes making pie crust!
