So far. Did you hear he got convicted of the criminal recklessness charge? I guess I should post an update to my original thread. I was waiting to see what they were doing with he charges against his friend and I guess the prosecutor is still talking to him. No trial date has been set for him and I got notice that he has another pretrial conference in about a month. The judge put a ban on shooting on that property for as long as the neighbor lives there. No shooting by him, his family or his friends on that property for any reason with any type of firearm. I was not expecting that, but it sure goes a long way in making us feel safer. If we hear any shooting, we are to call he sheriff's department right away and they will send someone out. He got six months (suspended) with 12 months probation. They are reviewing the possibility of revoking his gun permit. Statute indicates it should happen so the State Police are reviewing that.

I think he did, indeed! LOL! And...he was too smart to get a lawyer. After all, he had a note that said he was at work or some such nonsense. It is not like all of that damage occurred on one day and as the property owner, he was responsible for what happened at his home.

I'll have to post an update soon on the other thread so news gets out. I was waiting to make sure it didn't hurt our case against his friend, but I don't see the harm at this point. Maybe tomorrow...I am off to bed now. Take care Dad!!
