    Nowadays they do some that looks like actual cars.

    This one kinda look like a Jeep.

    Will they require a DL to operate then??? I ask because a 11-12 yr old kid has pulled out in front of me multiple times. It's just a matter of time before someone creams him???

    I believe so but I'm not 100% sure. I don't see a difference though. Reckless driving is illegal with or without without a license. I do lots of driving in town and I see many bicycle riders being just as dangerous by disregarding traffic laws.
