    We have a bunch of scooter drivers around here that do the same thing.

    I think it's just a plastic car with a scooter engine.They are super slow and not allowed on the highway.
    The fact that you can drive them without knowing anything about the traffic laws or road signs is quite dangerous.
    They also offer no protection in case of a car crash with a real car.

    You're right of course, but the unfortunate result is people wanting to pass laws against the scooters instead of the already lawbreaking drivers. My little scooter is supposed to require a license plate at the beginning of next year because of that crap. I will not be complying.

    Will they require a DL to operate then??? I ask because a 11-12 yr old kid has pulled out in front of me multiple times. It's just a matter of time before someone creams him???
