my back and joints and neck are messed up in their own but that's just pain and mobility I'm used to, but the diabetes and the meds for the diabetes were making me deathly I'll. Like in the hospital I'll.
thats why I was off here for a spell. The lurk shoot was like the first time I had went out in a long time!

I need to set up an appointment with a dietitian so I can have all my meals planned out for everyday and all week. If I had that I would follow it. I know my insurance covers that stuff, I just need to get in and do it. Seems like all I do is go to doctors and specialists constantly. I'm so tired of doctors but I'm willing to do anything to see my kids grow up and to be able to walk. I'm gonna make an appointment this week.

Sorry to hear about your diagnosis SD, but hopefully it was caught early enough. I started going to the gym because I seen a few pictures of me at our wedding and wasn't happy with how I looked so decided to do something about it. I will be honest though, football season makes it tough so I figure I'll exercise (cardio and weights) to manage my weight and after football season I'll start trying to drop some weight (maybe switch to low carb again)

Well, the bridge down the street has now been completely removed and it's a PITA to run to the store.

Anyone know where I can buy one of those bridge jumping Duke's of Hazard cars???

Was kind of surprised they didn't have any concrete barricades or rock piles blocking the road. All thatis up is the standard, removable road closed barricades.

Doing great here. Stiff, sore, and tired because I actually got off my rear and exercised today. Going to eat lunch shortly and then clean out the car, we almost have the garage put together for this weekend and a few other projects too.
