    Sushi sounds really good. I haven't had any for quite a while. That's certainly one thing that I miss about living in Asia.


    Did you read about the guy in the news today with tapeworms due to sushi?

    I would imagine China doesn't have the regulations the US does as to what qualifies something as "Sushi Grade".


    I know the term "Sushi Grade" doesn't really mean anything, but any fish that is to be served raw in the US is required to be held frozen below -4°F for at least 7 days to kill off parasites.
