IBM, do you know if the hardware will stay in his leg? I'm just wondering, I know from experience that if it stays in it will hurt forever.
As far as I know it's permanent, my mother in law has a plate and some screws in her left wrist due to a fall about 4 years ago and she has no problems what so ever.

Dang, this sounds like it's getting worse by the day.

Although I don't know him, send him my best wishes, thanks IBM

What sucks is he was not given any pain killer right after the operation so when he came out of the anesthetic his foot was killing him, about 15 minutes after woke up they gave him ORAL medication from what his wife told me. It took an additional 1 hour for the pain to subside.

Myself, I would have grabbed someone by the throat and ripped out a larynx
if I would have been in the pain he was in that his wife described to me.

Imagine setting off the metal detectors from now on...

I was talking to him on the phone and told him...

"Dude you're screwed the next time you fly because I'm gonna put a note in your luggage that says I got a anal bomb on me." He laughed then I said "Ya laugh now, wait till they turn you inside out with that cavity search looking for the placement of the alarm going off."

At least I got him cheered up some with a laugh.

it is so much easier to maintain than to get on top of the pain. I feel for him. My best wishes that he heals quickly.

I got a new rifle today..problem is I dont know what it is:dunno:
its a bolt action chambered in some wildcat round..most likely some sort of .17 wildcat round..maybe a .17 ackley bee. I've got to get a mold made of the chamber and then take some measurements to figure it out..it needs some work but I can tell who ever started this project put lots of time and money into it.

Just got a shipment of MG barrels in. We get to straighten them and send them off to be machined and rifled. I want a gun with a happy switch :crying:

When did this turn into a picture thread?

    Yeah! Tell 'em B! :draw:

Besides, if this keeps up we will end up with some Girls and Guns pics and then we will get in trouble with the mods. You know we will go there, don't deny it... the bacon butt girl already has me thinking about some of those Israeli chicks...
