Check the hoses just to make sure you didn't split a hose/line.
I'd say the seal behind the clutch took a dump and you lost all the cool juice.
Replace the compressor and the orfice tube. How many miles? If it has a boatload, might want to replace the dryer as well.
Some quick lubes will charge.......Take some 134a with you..... theirs costs more. Isn't there a Grease monkey near you?
