I've been so dang busy lately that it takes me hours to get caught up...then once I get caught up Im so wore out that I dont feel like contributing.

nothing now..I dont have a man cave anymore
I kept all my fishing and hunting gear in our old garage..not to mention lawn equipment and what not.

I did scorch the bottom of 1 rack, cooking 2 and giving one to my neighbor for him mowing my yard. Thought I had the far two burners on the left on so I put them all the way to the right. So I wrapped that one 1 hour earlier and basted it to keep the moisture in it and placed them both in the middle.

I know I need to figure out a way to smoke'm a little better. Got that idea running around my head.

I do think I have a design change to this that would make this work awesome.
