Nope sure don't!! I did pick up ten of them at a garage sale last year for $6 bucks each!! wish I could do that again!!

No silly rules that I know of. Just use their feedback forum if you wonder about someone but a lot of the guys who are selling a large lot of mags are regulars over there.
