They came and stripped all the lead infected dirt from my and about 12 other yards in my neighborhood so I'm sure the mud is flowing like wine tonight.

Yep, I just went and checked, banged my face on the door when the lighting/thunder hit, and the yard is covered with little erosion trails.

"We should have the new sod down by next Wednesday or Thursday" is what the dam*ed contractor said.

It's about bedtime for me too. Get up at 2:30pm, work from 3:30p till 4a, then do it again the next day. But then, I get two days off, work one, two off...it's not a bad gig. And I get to help people, sometimes. Sometimes they die. We do what we can.
