Wow! Another reason to incorporate some sort of petition that X number of members can sign and suspend someone's posting abilities until a mod comes along...If this douche gets a PM off and finds a deal, then the 50 post rules is almost pointless.

Maybe if it was tied to rep. Less than 50 posts and a red bar disables all PM functionality???

I think maybe tying it to a certain phrase in the neg rep would do better.

Say, if the number of neg reps is more than three within X timeframe with non-case-sensitive reasons being identical, "fiftypost" or something, then maybe suspend PM capability? Not sure.
