Thanks Coop! Only 2 cups of liquid for all that? Seems like it would only make a couple of bowls! It does look good though. As promised

Yep. The veggies will lose some liquid while cooking. Very hardy food for sure. Thanks Coop! Only 2 cups of liquid for all that? Seems like it would only make a couple of bowls! It does look good though.
I might have to try it. My first thought would be to double it but since I may be the only one eating it maybe I'll stick with the single recipe. Is that a 20 (minutes) for simmering time, or 2.0 (hours)?Yep. The veggies will lose some liquid while cooking. Very hardy food for sure.
That recipe is for 4-6 servings. We tend to make a double for your trouble recipe and I'll be dropping some off tomorrow for some family members.
Like most good recipes, once they sit overnight in the fridge, the flavor actually gets better.
No broccoli cheese soup? Or loaded baked potato soup?I do not believe I have ever added cheese (other than parmesan or romano) to a soup.
Two hours, that’s dependent upon how long the vegetables take to be cooked.I might have to try it. My first thought would be to double it but since I may be the only one eating it maybe I'll stick with the single recipe. Is that a 20 (minutes) for simmering time, or 2.0 (hours)?
Cool. I kinda figured that would be the case since I knew that the carrots for sure wouldn't be soft in 20 minutes, but thought I'd better ask.Two hours, that’s dependent upon how long the vegetables take to be cooked.
