Waiting for Susan to finish getting ready so we can get to the viewing. Fortunately the funeral home is only about 5 minutes from our house. It's just family from 3 to 4 anyhow, but we're bringing the food and drinks.

I was notified that Cole's dad is going to be late so I need to feed him dinner. Grabbed some ground beef out of the freezer to thaw so I just need to decide what we are making. Might be spaghetti...that's always easy.
Tacos ?
I made nachos last week so I don't think I have any taco seasoning. Cole likes pasta so maybe spaghetti or goulash. I had thought about making meatloaf earlier but then we decided we might go out so I didn't thaw out the meat. I hate thawing in the microwave. I put it on an aluminum skillet so it will thaw quicker but it still will probably be a bit frozen in the middle.
