my wife gets too stressed out so I usually do the cooking, so I can usually hide out in the kitchen. If there is work to be done everyone else disappears so I have it to myself

Well my deer season is over , I throw in the towel.

But I got a new place for next year and hunted it yesterday and walked it when I was coming out an seen some good sign and know where I need to be next season.

Waiting for the ground to freeze to go hang some stands for next year.

So something good out of the 2021 season even if I didn’t get a deer.

Just requested Thursday off. Friday is my regular day off (that I would normally use my credit hours for) but since it's a paid holiday, I want to use my credit hours on Thursday. That'll give me an extra day to wrap presents and do anything else I need to do for Christmas.

I think we are working Thursday. We are always off on Friday but it will be paid this year since it is the holiday. We normally have the week after Christmas off, but we are moving to the new office so we are all expected to work and pack our areas and then unpack and get things set up once the movers get it to the new office.

The office is not ready from what I saw last week so I hope the construction crew is planning to get a lot done this week.

I don’t let people take off the next 2 weeks. No one wants to work on the holiday weeks, the only thing worse would be having to cover for someone else also.
