I prefer "Ape Tape"

If you're talking about "gorilla tape", that stuff is awesome. I have a roll of it here at the house.
I love the 700 series and have owned more than a few. I am just a biatch though. Get bored and want to [lay with something new.
That is nuts. Or snails.
I bought that gun because my collection was lacking in the "reach out and touch someone" department. Like most of us, my opportunities to shoot that kind of distance are rare so having more than one seemed pointless. Since I was only going to get one, I wanted it to be simple, effective, reliable, and of sufficient caliber for larger targets. The remmy 700 in .308 just seemed to fit the bill perfectly. I got it used for a good price and I'm really impressed by it. (Kudos to Shibumiseeker for a great deal)
Guns are a small market here compared to the US, especially for handguns. So prices go up.
And that's the price for a European made gun.US made guns can be even more expensive.
$3250 for a Kimber 1911 Royal 2 (no idea whats the US price ).
Thats different

You can also find unxeploded ordance (hundreds are found each year) so it can be dangerous to dig around here.
Not sure but $1500 comes to mind. Might be wrong but that seems about right.
You have had 2 world wars fought on your ground. Bad Ju-Ju.
Forgot my manners:
