I had a ceiling fan that just dropped out of the blue one day while running. Talk about scary!!! The wires were the only thing holding it up. Thankfully my daughter was gone to school at the time. It scared the crap out of me

Agreed, made me ask though, are those big "Standard Missiles" effective against something flying as low & slow as a chopper?

That's out of my scope. They have some on certain ships that can take out aircraft but I'd think they'd just use the big Gatling gun type guns for that, that can track a fly through the sky from what I've heard. I was only on a ship 3 times in my career and I didn't get the grand tour
