I got invited to a little get together on Sunday. A cookout and shoot at someone's property not too far away. Should be a good time. Unfortunately, I won't know anyone there.

I never can. I suckered one of my employees into coming over to mow my yard tomorrow so I don't have to do it. He should be here in a few hours....and I'm still awake.

I have a really good relationship with most of my employees. That helps a LOT

I have a good relationship with mine. Not enough to get them to mow my yard. Plus, I live about 45 minutes away from most of them.

I don't have any employees any more, but when I did, there's only one who would have mowed for me, and she's a lady (and a pretty good friend).

Well it helps that this one also happens to be the other half of the ONE other manager at my store. We're all pretty good friends and he understands that I'm exhausted. Plus apparently he likes doing yard work.
