Ham and potato casserole.
CKW came up with this dish to use the rest of the spiral ham on the Holidays and man it is yummy. Now we pick up a ham when we see them at the store and keep at least one in the freezer.

Just got off the phone with my best friend. His cancer has come back with a vengeance. They've got a plan in place but they told him there's about a 20% chance it will work. His doctor is the one that treated Lance Armstrong (with IU Health), so he's in the best care, but it's in God's hands. His name is Brian, so please keep him in your prayers. He may be joining us for our range trip tomorrow. He can use some high caliber stress relief, needless to say. I'm kinda tore up over this. We've been best friends since grade school, and he's the closest I've had to a brother.

DD IU saved my butt. Stage 4 Non Hodgkin's lymphoma. There is no known cure but here I sit at the key board enjoying the company of a hundred or more folks I could and do call friends.

Just saying I had less than 1% to see the light of day after my stop watch stopped. But again, here I sit.

There is hope so stay strong for your friend and those who love him.
