Maybe you guys can help me trouble shoot something.
2 weeks ago i rode my bike kit. It ran for 5 minutes and it started bogging down when i gave it gas.
i put it in my shed pulled it out today and got it warmed up in a heated room. Still wont start.
just gave it new gas, new spark plug. I checked the card it seems fine.

why cant i get this thing started?

    bike has a 2 stroke 80cc motor.

I do not.. i have a theory now. My kill switch seems way loose. I think the vibration of my bike when i peddle is tickling the kill switch so my plug only sparks maybe 50 percent of the time. Not sure how to test my theory yet. Also. I noticed my cap that protects my electrics seems loose. Might have gotten water in there?

it ls a cheap kit engine so its harder to describe than if i was trying to start a chainsaw

so with the plug out laying on the head and plugged into the spark plug wire when you kick it you get pretty blue spark?

Well. It’s done. For now. Brakes work AWESOME! Rear end is quiet. 2700 rpm at 50. :n00b: Waiting for warmer weather to put some more miles on and set the pads in.

Did moser build the rear end or did you? Looks good..details on what all you did
I built it. 1970 Chevelle housing I picked up, dumped everything out of it. Had it blasted and powdercoated. Detroit True Trac limited slip, US Gear 4.11 with their superfinish polish, Moser 31 spline axles, Yukon crush sleeve eliminator spacer, Moser support cover, ARP cap studs. Brake kit is from Right Stuff Detailing, it was about $1200 with the stainless line kit if I recall correctly.
