As someone who is a big proponent of vaccinations, I think you're way off the tracks on this one. The state shouldn't have a say in how a parent raises their kid(s). What if you were against public schools and wanted to home school your kid(s) but the state came in and took your kid(s) by force and shipped them off to the public school of their choice? I mean after all, you don't know what's best for your kid(s), the state does.Id also point out that at some point, I believe, we have to be for state intervention in protection of children. We can't have kids dying of curable diseases because their parents think prayer is the only medicine they need. Where we draw the line is up for debate but as a society I believe we use force to protect children.
