I’m gonna go no here. I get the nostalgia angle, I do, but no.
My aunt, sadly long passed, used to make oyster dressing from stale wonder bread for thanksgiving each year. The dressing was so glutinous that it was slimier than snot. My brother loves that stuff to this day, just talked about it last week. I make a great oyster dressing that has texture and great flavor, but he loves that nostalgia stuff.
