    My MIL is an infamous back seat driver. While her skills run the gamut, her particular specialty is peering over your arm to check your gas gauge. Then admonishing you for letting it get too low, all the while you have 3/8 of a tank. For godsakes, NEVER let it get to 1/8th, you'll never hear the end of it.
    So wouldn't it have been fun to have her in the truck going down I-75 in central GA last spring with this ---

    I'd unplug the fuse for the gauge just to see how long she could take it.

    Not that far from reality for me.
    Except, unlike this Sad Sack, I prefer it that way.

    My newest piece of audio gear (my main listening rig) is a sandpile from '09. Luxman preamp.
    Most of my gear in that rig is tube based and I know no one who cares.
    I'm blessed.
    I do have a nephew who wants me to BLAST Metallica on my gear when he comes by.
    That's close enough.
