    This is probably why there aren't as many women in STEM fields... they keep burning their fingers off.

    Okay. Forget the obvious impossible depiction. It’s like the stock photos of bullets inserted into magazines backwards. But forget about that for a moment.

    How about knowing at least a little bit about the subject you’re photographing? C’mon. Just a little bit of research saves horribly embarrassing mistakes.

    Where’s the anti-static smock? The anti-static mat. The anti-static connection between her and the mat?

    All right. Forget about the ESD best practices violations. Given the apparent technology employed in that circuit board, why the **** is she trying to solder on the component side? Are they TRYING to perpetuate stereotypes?

    At least she has on amber safety glasses...

    I have seen irons used on top to fix a problem that a pick and place created before. I do not quickly see any static sensitive components, but then again it is a fake pic, so who knows.
