What a complete failure by the local and state govt. they should have issue a permit for an organized protest in said parking lot. Leave the lot get arrested period.
national guard and police should have lined the streets.
remember they were under a state of emergency so restricting movement wouldn't be out of line.

This has been allowed to happen by coward politicians who were scared to lose votes or be dragged on tv. This is an outrage to rule Of law.
I'd love to see this **** try to go down here. Armed citizens would be putting these criminals down! I also don't believe our police would be punching bags like those in ferguson either. I think Impd would maintain rule of law!
