Well, even if Michael is a she (or identifies as one); if (s)he has some kind of 'Day of the Triffids' thing going on down there you would think (s)he would dress to minimize the problem. I thought these people had style consultants and such

While it could have been an unfortunate wrinkling, the more obvious answer is that it is a photoshop.
