Just did the final walkthrough...looks good. Current owners have 2 big Uhaul trucks full and another one on the way to fill up.

Had to get a gas line fixed after lightning ruptured it yesterday, that was a first in home repair for me.
Yes, it blew open about 3 yards from the generator. I could smell the gas just didn't know it was coming from underground until we started digging.
