1. I'm the idiot that actually has records of everything and knows how many, how much and when.
In my case: it's only been less than 2 yrs. of record-keeping.
2. I don't show the wife that list.
3. She actually asked me if I knew how much I spent on ammo last month.
Guns: I know to the dollar.
Ammo: more loosey-goosey with that b/c of large private buys aren't traceable like buying online seen the wife.

After a bit of chatting with Turbo today, I'm thinking I'll be getting some better "match" ammo to see what kind of groups I can get my M&P15-22 to shoot. I know it will get down to 2moa with bulk ammo. Before I go and invest in another .22 rifle, I'd like to give my current one better ammo first.

Thought you meant you were looking at your stuff, but yeah the 22 world is huge and can be every bit as crazy as the long range precision guys.

I’d bet you’d like the new 457 that came home Saturday.

Have you swapped out the BCG yet.

I have not. I didnt even consider that seriously to be honest. It's a bcm bcg so I didnt think it too likely. I had trouble lining up the gas block, so I think it's on me. I'll bring a couple next range day though.

I have had the sme issues in the past with a couple of AR builds. Checked everything. Still issues. Swapped out the CG and off to the races. The BCG went into a different rifle and ran OK but was weak on recoil. Swapped out the rings on the bolt and lapped the carrier in and bingo.
