Best I've ever eaten?
Cut each squirrel into five pieces. 2 front legs including the shoulders, 2 back legs, and the backs(from ribs to hips.)
Parboil or pressure cook til you can get a fork through the pieces. Remove and drain as they become tender.
Dip in egg then corn meal and Mrs. Dash.
Fry in hot peanut oil til coating is crispy.

Let cool.

Dig IN!

Just remember that there is some kind of schmutzy gland in the armpit of a squirrel that you must find and remove. Thay are obviously not muscle tissue and can be pulled out with your fingers after you shear the legs off. They taste much better without them.

MM inspired me - ordered my scope! Decided to go with the Steiner P4Xi 1-4x24. I just need to find a mount now, preferably shipping via Amazon Prime because all these shipping fees bum me out. Prime has spoiled me by even delivering my toothpaste in two days with no shipping cost.

Yes, on both counts, lollipop. It's a 6-30X Athlon, with a 56mm bell. If it doesn't work out, I'll invest in a more expensive scope. I'm not gonna go backwards with this build.
