Thinking one inch circles in increasing sizes

I think that today will be spent attempting to make some targets. I’m tired of paying for fancy targets I just pitch at the end of the session.

I haven’t been creative in awhile, this could be interesting.

I buy a 30 or 50 pack of 12x18 white craft/sketching paper in the at Meijer or Walmart for like $5-$10. I then either buy a large pack of small stick on 1" orange or 3" splatter dots for $5-$10. If I'm feeling extra cheap, I will use crayons and draw the dots instead of buying the stick-ons. We have tons of crayons in this house.

I’m feeling cheap and found markers. Figured if I can make a set of templates it would be hard to churn out a pack targets pretty quick.

Usually I just make a big crosshair.. if I'm trying to save paper, a 1" grid pattern gives me many aiming points. Simple and effective. Great for rimfire.

Indoor ranges frown upon lollipops. They are a bunch of spoil sports.

It may not matter at the moment, apparently I no longer own a ruler.

100% honesty, I don’t even know if my printer works. I don’t know the last time I used it.

Once it activates my mind and body, I'ma going to mount the scope on my build.
With 30X magnification on tap, I should be able to shoot the wings off a fly at 500 yards. Right ?

If he uses a smart phone adapter on his scope and zooms in 8x with the phone, that's 240X magnification....

If you have a printer, you can download targets from the interwebz. Any kind of target imaginable.

One thing to remember when trying to *save money* printing targets is that ink generally costs more than just buying targets, on an inkjet printer anyway.
